Joan Laird is a Square Wave Technologies' founder. She has over 25 years of wireless experience working for OEMs Nortel, Ericsson and large US carriers AT&T and T-Mobile. She holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. In her spare time Joan enjoys kayaking and interior design.

Leo Ramos is one of Square Wave Technologies' founders. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Manila, Philippines. He has 29 years of telecommunications experience and software application development for Ericsson, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Leo is an avid golfer and enjoys biking and bowling with friends.

David Schilling is one of Square Wave Technologies' founders. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Iowa. He has over 20 years of telecommunications experience working with the OEMs and large carriers in the United States managing and developing software applications. David enjoys hiking and cycling.

Wayne Spiers is a Square Wave Technologies' founder. He graduated Floyd College with an Electronics Technolgy degree. With over 29 years of telecommunications experience he has worked for AT&T and the OEMs writing and developing engineering methods and procedures. Wayne likes to spend his free time enjoying the outdoors playing tennis, fishing, hiking and mountain biking.
